Session Fee

Portrait Session

• The session is a  non- refundable product unless the photographer has to cancel for an emergency in which case you would be offered another appointment or be entitled to a full refund
• Should you need to cancel your session you won’t get a refund but another appointment may be arranged at the discretion of the photographer
• The session fee covers your session time, prep and post processing of the images
• If you choose a digital or digital/print package , the session fee is included in the price and will be deducted from the final amount to pay
• Once the session fee has been paid you will receive confirmation of your booking from the photographer
• Your session is not confirmed and will not go ahead without the session fee being paid
